• Garden Room: Installation of a garden room by Crane, equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
• Water Feature: Incorporation of a pond to introduce a sense of calm and a natural focal point.
• Seating Areas: Creation of two distinct seating areas for versatility, offering options for both quiet contemplation and socializing.
• BBQ Area: Designation of a space for outdoor cooking and casual gatherings.
• Feature Wall: Construction of a paddle stone wall for a striking visual element and added privacy.

Outcomes:
